Salt in large quantities can be extremely harmful to the organism. My father is a good example of a person that cannot eat a single meal without tons of salt in it. I on the other hand find it really hard to eat even slightly salted meals. I practically eat almost no salt, otherwise it is too bitter for my taste.

Salt is bad for many organs. For example, kidneys are extremely important part of the urinary system. Their function in the organism is essential. They help release the additional water from your blood out of your body. That is possible because the blood is all the time filtered in special structures of the kidneys called nephrons. The filtering of the blood is possible because of a process called osmosis. In order for osmosis to take place there should be a balance of sodium and potassium. Eating too much salt causes the increase of sodium in the blood. This is bad for the balance needed for osmosis and the blood is not efficiently filtered. More and more people are having problems with their weight. Some people do not take this seriously, but it could turn into a really dangerous and even life threatening problem. Being overweight is extremely unhealthy, because it loads the heart too much. It makes it hard for the normal pumping function of the heart. The increased cholesterol levels are bad for the normal transmission of blood through veins and arteries. Inability for organs to receive a normal quantity of gases and nutritious substances leads to changes in their structure, in the normal function of their cells. The cardiovascular system is one of the most important systems in the body. Without it there is no nutrition to the rest of the structures, no regulation, no immune protection.

Many people know they are overweight and fear going on the scale. They should do the opposite, overcome the fear and see your real weight. If you do not like it, then change it. It is all in your mind.

Is there a nice dress or tight pants you love but cannot wear? Are they just hanging in the closet waiting to be used? You should hang them somewhere else, in an obvious place and look at them on a daily basis. You need the motivation in order to succeed. Do this for your own self, not for anyone else. Our organism needs many substances daily in order to maintain itself. Those substances we receive through our food. A good diet is extremely important for our health. A diet should include eggs. However, the eggs we eat should be of high quality so that they serve well enough their purpose in our meals.

Why are eggs important for our health and general condition?

Eggs are rich in many essential for the organism substances.  Each egg contains the following:

Organisms are complexes of systems, which contain organs. Organs are made out of tissues, which are made out of cells. Usually a good amount is 40 eggs per week. That mean maximum of 5 or 6 eggs per day. The fact that eating too many eggs is unhealthy is because of the cholesterol, contained in them. Cholesterol is really important for the cell membrane and other structures in the cell. When taking in too much quantities, it accumulates on the wall of blood vessels and that leads to different cardiovascular problems.

For years Coca Cola company has been offering ones of the most well sold and demanded products on the market. Millions of people around the world have tried out drinking cola. Most of them even drink it on a daily basis. How many cans of cola do you drink per day? How about per week? Did you ever think about what is it that makes cola so wanted and addictive? In the past cola was produced using Cocaine. This is actually where the name of it started – Coke. As years followed, the manufacturers had to change their formula so that it fits the health requirements. Instead of Cocaine nowadays they use caffeine. However, the addictive and unhealthy effect is still present.

Let’s take a look at what the basic ingredients of a can of cola are:

  • Sugar ( approximately 10 teaspoons of sugar)
  • Carbonated water
  • Caffeine
  • Phosphoric acid

The sugar you observe with one can of cola is actually the amount you need for the whole day. This fast intake increases your blood sugar, making your pancreas produce more insulin in order to turn the additional sugar into fat. Calcium is also really important for muscle contractions. So instead of letting your organism use these minerals for essential needs, they are simply wasted with every can of cola.

The caffeine leads to increase in blood pressure and dilation of the pupils. The liver releases sugar in the blood and the receptors of adenosine in the brain are blocked. At the same time a higher amount of dopamine is produced in the body, which affects the pleasure receptors. This is how heroin affects the brain and causes addiction.
